Scheduling an Appointment
You may schedule your appointments online or by contacting a Spa Concierge at 617.661.5772. In order to secure your appointment, we will request a credit card during the reservation process. However, on the day of your appointment, you may pay for your treatments with cash, credit card or gift card.
Parking
Discounted parking is available in the Charles Square garage, so please allow yourself extra time to find a space.
Please present your parking ticket to the Spa Concierge upon checkout for validation.
The garage, operated by Propark, is pleased to offer a complimentary Juice Bar and nanoMAX™ technology.
The “Juice Bar” allows customers to charge their hybrid and electric cars for free. nanoMAX™ small car detection system, measures vehicles entering the garage and provides a unique parking rate based upon the vehicle’s actual size.
What to Wear
We provide each guest with a luxurious robe and a pair of slippers to use during your visit. Men’s and Women’s changing rooms are available, for you to enjoy prior to or after your treatment. The changing rooms include shower, steam shower, and locker storage.
Guests typically receive body treatments without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Please ask your technician or an attendant if you would like disposable undergarments. You will be covered at all times with a blanket or sheet except for the area being worked on. Please deposit robes in the changing room hamper at the conclusion of your treatment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, in your hotel room, or keep them with you during your appointments.
When to Arrive
Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment. For first-time guests, please allow extra time. This will allow enough time for you to change into a robe, complete a Guest Intake Form, and to enjoy the relaxation room prior to your treatment. We ask that you be available to start your appointment on time in the relaxation room so that you may receive your full treatment and other guests will not be inconvenienced.
Cell Phones
So you may fully enjoy your spa experience, and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones should be turned off throughout the spa and salon, including the changing and relaxation rooms.
Age Requirement
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa. Services cannot be made by or for persons less than 18 years of age.
If You Are Expecting
We provide luxurious and comforting treatments for mothers-to-be in all trimesters of pregnancy. Please inform your technician of any sensitivities.
Guest Intake Form
Prior to your treatment, we ask that you complete a Guest Intake Form. The information on this form will allow us to tailor your treatments based on your health, so we request that you disclose any medical conditions, prescription medications, allergies, sensitivities, or if you are pregnant, as some treatments may not be suitable. Corbu Spa & Salon maintains confidentiality of the strictest standards.
Pricing
All treatments and prices are subject to change.
Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Corbu Spa & Salon gift cards and Charles Hotel gift cards.
Gift Cards
A Corbu Spa & Salon gift card makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion and is available in any dollar amount. You may purchase online, or call us at 617.661.5772 to purchase by telephone. Gift cards are not refundable, and they are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Please review all terms and conditions.
Gratuities
Our pricing does not include gratuity. Tipping is left to the discretion of all guests for all treatments, packages, and programs. If you are pleased with your treatment, it is customary to leave 15–20 percent for your treatment provider.
Gift cards do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise. Groups of four (4) or more people will be charged an automatic gratuity of 18 percent for all treatments.
Rescheduling
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single treatment. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple treatment or spa package rescheduling. The full treatment will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
For groups of four (4) or more, we request a minimum of 72-hours notice for your treatment. Guests who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future treatments.
Product Returns & Exchanges
All product returns must be within 30 days. You may receive a full refund for unopened products and a store credit for opened products.
